Bipolar Sunshine Ft. Goldlink | Future | Part 1
Bipolar Sunshine has a growing rep for crafting soulful music with choruses that pound around your head for hours - but his new number sees things slowed down completely. The track features GoldLink - who's recieved love from Andre 3000 (present at the Old Blue Last for GoldLink's show), Kaytranada (produced one of GoldLink's tracks), Lil Simz (performed at GoldLink's OBL show) and Flying Lotus (booked GoldLink for support at XOYO) - and is pretty sleek and smooth.
We're guessing Part 2 will drop sometime during the near "future".

#SNOWTWERKING: Jillionaire & Salvatore Ganacci (ft. Sanjin) | "Fresh" | BEHIND THE SCENES
Major Lazer member Jillionaire's track "Fresh" is quickly becoming an anthem with support from Skrillex and Dillon Francis. But the most determined support is likely from the dancers who twerked (and BACKFLIPPED) in the SNOW for the video. Check out the behind the scenes here with KarmaloopTV director Shomi Patwary for the most turnt-in-a-blizzard video of the year.

The Roots | When The People Cheer
The Roots come back to us with a new cut, "When The People Cheer."
It's a good thing when we say that the brand new Roots joint sounds exactly how you would expect a Roots offering to sound like... amazing.
This song will appear on The Roots' next album, …And Then You Shoot Your Cousin. The album will serve as a follow up to their critically acclaimed album, Undun, in that both LP's will be conceptually minded. Meaning all of the tracks will be thematically related, telling a story of sorts as you progress through the album.
It's good to see The Roots back in the studio, as much as we like seeing them on late night TV. Check out the remix of their song, "The Fire," with B.o.B and John Legend on the track.

GoldLink - The God Complex (When I Die) | Mixtape
GoldLink may be from the DMV area, but his style is anything but reminiscent of the sound that has birthed rap stars like Wale and Fat Trel, to a lesser extent.
His debut album The God Complex delivers a unique experience, which is caught up in "future bounce," as he likes to call it. Whatever it is, GoldLink is certainly at the forefront of the movement, and he has the lyrical skills to match the eclectic style.
At nine tracks and just under 26 minutes, this is a journey worth taking with the rising talent. Stream GoldLink's The God Complex below and peep his video.
The project features only one guest appearance, that being Columbian-American writer/singer/director Kali Uchis, with production form Fingalick, Louie Lastic, Tek.lun, Lakim, JFK//Jaylen! and McCallaman. It was executive produced by Henny Yegezu, Pape Diop, and Alex Ben-Abdallah, also having been mixed and mastered by the latter on behalf of IndieMediaLab. Art direction was handled by illustrator Christina Mudarri and graphic designer Nick Fulcher.

Turn It Out Maxi Single
Man Bites Dog Records is proud to present Playdough & DJ Sean Patrick's "You Ain't Fresh" featuring Koncept from the Brown Bag Allstars.Song is from the Playdough & DJ Sean Patrick's Maxi Single "Turn It Out" which was released at the end of 2013 by M.B.D.R digitally and also on a limited edition Cassette Bundle.
The video was directed & edited by R.M.L (for R.C. Films) & shot by J.Grove (Grandpa Grove). Braving the icy roads and frosty shores of Coney Island, this video was made entirely in New York City. With the desaturated bleak look of winter juxtaposed with the youthfulness of the song, we just wanted to have fun in the freezing cold weather. We humbly hope you enjoy it and please share with other well minded people like yourself.

The Showcase | Fresh
The Showcase is back with a new episode featuring upcoming Rap artist Fresh. Most recently featured on Mally Mall's hit new single "Drop Bands On It" featuring Wiz Khalifa and Tyga, Fresh speaks on his humble beginnings in the music industry with Skee.TV. Fresh also details his story and talks being influenced by Tupac Shakur, pursuing Hip Hop after High School and eventually catching a break after meeting The Game through a mutual friend. However, Fresh explains after the former G-Unit rapper landed his deal with Aftermath, he eventually found himself back on the streets and regrouping for a new creative direction.
Speaking candidly with cameras, Fresh also enlightens fans on what he's been busy working on over the last year as he's been in and out the studio with the likes of Kid Red, The Game and Wiz Khalifa. The rapper also touches on how his collaboration with Mally Mall came about, his growth as an artist and explains Wiz Khalifa has too many artists signed to Taylor Gang for him to ever consider jumping on the label.
