Snippets of Kilo Kish’s Across EP | Via an Instagram
Wispy rapper/singer/artist Kilo Kish just shared snippets from her upcoming Across EP with a pretty sweet dedicated Instagram account. When viewed in grid mode on your phone, the account reveals immersive photography from a cross country road trip, as well as the eight song tracklist and cred to LA-based producer Caleb Stone.
The visual effect is gorgeous, and it’s a fairly deft promotional tactic, but we can’t imagine how grueling it was to upload the nearly 300 pics in one sitting considering the hell we go through trying to choose the right filter on a selfie.
Across drops July 8th.

Kyle Rapps Ft. Adrienne Mack Davis | The Sky's On Fire
Kyle Rapps has that new anthem, "The Sky's On Fire," featuring Adrienne Mack Davis.
"The Sky's On Fire" features production from Belief (you know him his work with Ghostface, El-P, Talib Kweli) and serves some anthemic bars from the Harlem/New Jeruz native.
Kyle Rapps is still a relative up and comer, but check out his song with KRS-One and Homeboy Sandman, called "Love Love." It's ill.

GoldLink - The God Complex (When I Die) | Mixtape
GoldLink may be from the DMV area, but his style is anything but reminiscent of the sound that has birthed rap stars like Wale and Fat Trel, to a lesser extent.
His debut album The God Complex delivers a unique experience, which is caught up in "future bounce," as he likes to call it. Whatever it is, GoldLink is certainly at the forefront of the movement, and he has the lyrical skills to match the eclectic style.
At nine tracks and just under 26 minutes, this is a journey worth taking with the rising talent. Stream GoldLink's The God Complex below and peep his video.
The project features only one guest appearance, that being Columbian-American writer/singer/director Kali Uchis, with production form Fingalick, Louie Lastic, Tek.lun, Lakim, JFK//Jaylen! and McCallaman. It was executive produced by Henny Yegezu, Pape Diop, and Alex Ben-Abdallah, also having been mixed and mastered by the latter on behalf of IndieMediaLab. Art direction was handled by illustrator Christina Mudarri and graphic designer Nick Fulcher.

Pinqy Ring ft. DJ NonStop | Her Story | Video
Pinqy Ring, the Puerto Rican woman rapper from Chicago, releases her first music video upon her return to rap from teaching. After being laid off from her GED instructor position because the non profit organization closed, she realized it was time to put a concerted effort towards her dreams because that is what she taught her students to do.
Directed by Matthew VanGronigen.
Produced by Slot-A
Featuring WGCI DJ and DMX turntable-ist DJ NonStop.
The self-titled video aims to shine a light on Pinqy's impending rise to the top. A DJ Premier-esque track, NonStop scratches vocals from a Nas and Az song, as well as a Cam'ron song, and even includes a little Phife Dawg to embody and highlight both Non and Pinqy Ring's love for Hip Hop. By showing moving visuals of the hard work she puts into rap and the things she values most - Chicago, community, Puerto Rican nationalism, self-pride and her friends, Pinqy Ring shines... so act like y'all know!
