Hailing from Maryland, Viktor Rasiia is a passionate, charismatic hip hop artist with a unique approach to creating music. V's sound falls nicely between the scales of ratchet and righteous and lyrically he balances these two extremes effortlessly. Viktor knows you have to work hard to make your dream come true. With his recent list of projects he is doing just that and in the process carving out a space for himself amongst Hip Hops elite emcees.
