A competition specifically made to highlight schools/programs that teach Breaking to youth 13 and under. School/program must be a legit organization and competitors must under a teacher. Registration will be up soon along with more details.

It's a two day event!! Sat and Sunday.

Sat will be the main battle. Battle of the Year style. This will be held at Steinmetz College Prep auditorium. Stage battle. There will be plenty of seating for the parents (which was the biggest request last year). 3pm to 8pm. $10 admission to general public and kids that are competing. $5 to kids that are not competing. 6 and under FREE. Schools must be in crew uniform! You cannot battle unless suited up!

-Best Dressed Crew

Also to not leave everyone out there will be a special Home Schooled crew under Roldare Nation. Please contact Renato Roldan if your child breaks but does not have a teacher or is not under a school.

Day 2
Sunday will be a park jam at the Eagle statue in Logan Square at the intersection of Logan Blvd, Kedzie, and Milwaukee Ave. 12pm-4pm.

Immediately following the Youth Battles will be the Writer's Bench from 4-8pm. Adult battles include Breaking, Popping, Locking, and Graff. Should it rain out we DO have a back up plan so don't leave. Moving it indoors.

We are making history as the first ever competition of the Breaking Schools to youth! This is to give spotlight to students of the Breaking culture and the instructors that have spent their time teaching them the artform.

Brought to you by Kid Jungle, Phaze II School of Dance, Latin Street Dance Academy, and POWER STYLE RADIO !!! Tuesdays 8:30-11:30pm Central. Internet radio for Bboys/Bgirls, Urban Dance, and Hip Hop Culture.
