Doja Cat Drops Her New EP Purrr!
Doja Cat first caught our ears with “So High,” an eastern-influenced ode to the drug called love. Today, the Los Angeles singer releases her debut EP Purrr!, featuring a new relaxed standout “Control,” a breezy seaside joyride built on slow builds and wavy echoes. The EP features production from MNDSGN, and other aspirational LA beat nerds we’re checking for. Fans of Kali Uchis will dig Doja’s spacey singing style, but its when she dips into straight-laced rap that her project gets particularly ambitious. Stream her new EP below or cop it on iTunes today.
