Mobb Deep | The Infamous.. Mobb Deep 4.1.14
The Infamous Mobb Deep is the upcoming eighth studio album by Havoc and Prodigy. The Infamous Mobb Deep is a double album that will consist of one disc of new original music and another of unreleased tracks from the recording sessions from their second studio album The Infamous (1995).
The album has been in development since 2011, but after the duo toured to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut studio album during 2013 the recording process kicked into high gear. The album's production is handled by Havoc, Boi-1da, Illmind and The Alchemist among others.

Prodigy (Mobb Deep) | Sway In The Morning
One half of Mobb Deep, Prodigy, stopped by Sway in the Morning to share his newest project, The Most Infamous Vol. 1 -- a compilation of his best work on a disposable music player.
"It's a collectors item," Prodigy tells us. "All the songs are preloaded with headphones," and after roughly 150 plays, the device stops working.
He also shared with us that he'll be off parole in 3 days and is planning on traveling overseas to reach his international fans.

Mobb Deep drop off their new single "Taking You Off Here".
After Prodigy recently revealed the cover art to his upcoming solo effort The Most Imfamous, he decided to link back up with partner Havoc and release some new music for the fans. The duo that is Mobb Deep have decided to make their return to the music scene with a brand new single titled "Taking You Off Here".
This hard-hittin record will serve as the first single off the duo's highly anticipated album The Imfamous Mobb Deep, which is expecting a March release date.

Mobb Deep | 20th Anniversary Tour | Double Door | ReCap
So last night I went with Alex and Alex (Lol, really Alex and Alex), to Double Door to see Mobb Deep. The crowd was not familiar but I actually thought it was a good thing. Saw, Jerry Azumah, Jory, Shabazz and other heads. The opening acts that I got to see were not what I expected from a Mobb Deep show. One dude had a old David Terrell jersey, that I guess he borrowed from a fan or friend and took it off in the middle of his set, underneath he had a Miami College jersey that made the crowd boo. When I saw him with the jersey on I was wondering why, but in the end, he show me why, lol. The sound system was way to low for a concert, barely could hear what even Mobb Deep was saying. I felt like I couldn't hear vocals even standing 10 feet away. Having the mic low doesn't help the host interact with the crowd. I've been doing live shows and DJing for quite sometime and I also stay true to being a fan of Hip Hop as well as active in this culture. Not one time did I hear anyone on the mic say, can you hear clear out there, or how do I sound to the crowd. Hopefully I wasn't the only one who felt that way and need my ears checked. The only thing I liked was Mobb Deep played mad classics in there set and that made it worth it in the end. Other than that, promoters should be more selective in their opening acts. If its pay to play, they should at least.
