"Things We Summon is a song that's not made for everyone. It stands out as one of my personal favorite songs on the record. It's so unique on the record because of Solemn's approach to the vocals. The song is haunting and melodic; it's eerie and soothing at the same time. I'm extremely lucky to work with Alex Thompson again after working with him on several standout videos with him in the past. Alex has been largely responsible for some of my favorite moments of my career. His vision has helped me find aesthetic centers for songs like Blame The Author and Strange Technology.
