Joey Bada$$ Premieres Curry Chicken

Joey Bada$$ has dropped a new BA.4D.A$$ track as a holiday gift for all his fans—more specifically, his number one fan: his mother. Featuring dusty horns and a whole lot of heart, "Curry Chicken" is a sweet, sentimental ode to Joey's mother and her home cooking. I got your back, ain't got to worry, he raps. Only thing I ask for is some curry.

The song came with a note that reads:

"Curry Chicken" was one of my favorite meals to eat growing up. I give thanks for being able to make it home just in time for the holidays. Ain't nothing like sharing these wonderful moments with the family and having the best dinner. This is a gift from me to you this christmas wrapped in a bada$ flow. Happy holidays! #B4DAMONEY is almost here!!! (1.20.15) #ForeverJr #LongLiveSTEELO. P.S. You got to give to get and then you give back!"

Joey's debut LP B4.DA.$$ is set to feature the likes of Hit-Boy and DJ Premier, as well as Canadian electronic/pop chart-stormer Kiesza, BJ The Chicago Kid, Chronixx, Maverick Sabre, Dymeond Lewis, Action Bronson, and Elle Varner; here are a couple of early singles "No. 99," "Christ Conscious" and "Big Dusty" from it to whet your taste. It arrives January 20th. Grab "Chicken Curry" on iTunes now.
